The Amaretto sour is a cocktail showcasing a distinct nutty flavour, silky texture and sour nuances. This luxe cocktail is the perfect way to cap off a long week and kick off the fun of the weekend.
One
Grab a shaker and add the Amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters and egg white. Dry shake for roughly 30 seconds. Add ice and keep shaking until the outside of the shaker is nice and frosty.

Strain in to your favourite cocktail glass filled with ice and garnish with the lemon and cherry
